We are seeing more of it everyday in the news. Restaurants deciding to buy only locally grown meats and produce. What once was the norm has now become a hot new trend.
Communities are converting abandoned lots into community gardens. Suddenly, children are learning that food is grown in the soil and not purchased at the store.
Other establishments are using reverse osmosis water in their coffee, which requires much more attention than simply turning on the faucet. And it is all for the benefit of the customer and the future of the planet.
We respect businesses who lead by example and take measures to protect the environment while saving money in ways that may result in lower prices for their customers. We see that as strong leadership and we like to recognize those that make such efforts in recycling electricity.
On our Who’s Who page you will find a list of businesses who have embarked on an effort to reduce their electric costs and reduce their carbon footprint. Many of them are in the Outdoor Hospitality industry which promotes fresh air, exercise, and quality time with people who matter to you. Others are City Government buildings. They are committed to reducing utility costs to their citizens and have installed electricity recyclers to accomplish that.
We hope you will read through the list of forward-thinking businesses on that page and do business with them if you are in the area. If you are an electricity recycler we would love to add you to our list of companies to be proud of. And we thank you for your efforts.
